The team keeps on experimenting in order to provide you the best user experience. The 010 kernel may not be excellent but its just a part of the experiment. Your feedback helps us understand the drawbacks and also help us to work upon them. Please don't be disappointed, think of it as a part of the plan ;)

I'll talk to Dax regarding this and we'll take action ASAP :)

Have done so. No improvement, alway the same.
When i make a fullwipe and install xylos 010, gapps 2012-12-01 and franco´s 342 it get in a bootloop.
If i install xylos 010, gapps 2012-11-16 and francos 325 its all ok.
Whats the problem????

yes, we've been having some issues with reboots. like i said, it's most probably PGM or franco's app.
if you need more help, head on over to franco's thread, this isn't a ROM issue.

Thats nothing about franco´s kernel! I wrote xylos010 an gapps 2012-12-01. This has nothing to do with Franco!!!

If you bootloop from just flashing a ROM and Gapps, then either it was a dirty flash that went wrong or a bad download. I would redownload the packages and then do a wipe and fresh install. And Franco kernel should work perfectly fine for you. I've used Franco since the beginning and I have Xylon 010 running fantastically with r342. :)

New version:

- fixed notification count overlay color (thanks to Shadow-Nexus pointing that out)
- themed new GPS on/off/locked toggles as used by AOKP/Xylon
(don't ask why they implemented a "lock" state as well which you will rarely see unless you are actively using GPS and tracking sats AND expanding the quick settings notify panel. Hence I used the "locked" state for GPS_on and GPS_tracking/locked...

This. Sometimes things just happen. That's why I always make a new nandroid before I flash a ROM, even if I intend to dirty flash

Agreed. Same here.

I've run a combo of the past 4 Xylon ROM versions and the past 3 Fraco kernels and there's no conflict.

Same here. Xylon 10 paired with Franco's 342. Working good so far. I switched over from Zenseries V11 to Franco's. Was having lots of issues with Zenseries. It wouldnt even let me finish a TiBU without rebooting. Pretty weird if you ask me.

Don't know if this was covered before, but any way to add anything else to the lock screen? My only options are clock, Google ears, any.do, and some uccw widgets.

In this cse the issue is neither. The Gapps package itself is to blame not the download. Use the Gapps package from http://goo.im/gapps

select the one for 4.2 (CM 10.1)

It has everything.

I am 5 posts away from deleting and issues fractions to users that ask "What kernel works best with this rom???"

Either flash a different kernel and find out yourself or get issued infracions!!!
    This is a Rom thread...not a Rom/Q&A Kernel thread.
It's not fair to the developers and/or users to tell you what is best for YOUR phone, each phone performs DIFFERENTLY.

Starting as of now, please refrain from asking kernel questions.

Use the ROM for about 3 days and find out if you even like the stock kernel. If you don't.....experiment with flashing a different kernel of your liking. You do realize you have a developers phone, there is NO way you can brick it.....don't be scared ;)
