This ROM is a smoothend ICS version of latest 4.0.4 (6.1.1.B.1.54/6.1.1.C.1.0) SONY ICS firmware.

Version 8 online

Installation if coming from a 'custom Rom' or a 'heavy modded stock Rom':
0) Flash stock FTF (you can exclude data for flash): ST25i / ST25a
1) Go on with 2)

--> Installation if coming from the BrainsROM ICS or Stock ICS:
2) Install a Clockworkmod/Recovery kernel (there a various in the Forum available)
3) Copy Rom.zip file to Internal Storage
4) Flash Rom
- Boot into recovery
- Do a NANDROID backup
- Flash the rom in recovery
- Do wipe Cache and wipe Dalvik Cache
- Reboot and wait for 5mins (just leave the phone working)
- Reboot again
- Enjoy

--> If recommend a clean install for all users: Start wirth 0) and there will be no issues at all

Version 10 ALL bootladers

Updated TheBrainsRom to latest Sony 6.1.1.B.1.54 / 6.1.1.C.1.0

Installation:

--> Don't forget to backup :fingers-crossed:

0) Flash stock FTF (You may exclude data, but a data wipe is highly recommended / ST25a users exclude baseband): 6.1.1.C.1.0 or 6.1.1.B.1.54
--> Boot into stock Rom and let set-up

1) Install a Clockworkmod/Recovery kernel - if not already done: Unlocked BL use this one
2) Copy Rom.zip file to Internal Storage
3) Flash Rom
- Boot into recovery
- Flash the rom
- Flash Governors.zip: only if you do not have them already in kernel or via app (attached file)
- Do wipe Cache and wipe Dalvik Cache
- Reboot and wait for 5mins (just leave the phone working)
- Reboot again
- Enjoy


Features version 10 ALL bootloader:
- 6.1.1.B.1.54 / 6.1.1.C.1.10 based
- updated to 4.7.2 cybershot camera
- governors/schedulers now by choice

Instructions fo unlocked bootloader
0) Only if coming from GB
- Flash 4.0.4 6.1.1.B.1.10 via Flashtool
- Boot phone and do a factory reset
- Go on with 1)

Coming from stock ICS
1) Install CWM:
- Boot into fastboot
- Flash 'boot.img' via fastboot (can find file also inside the rom zip)
2) Flash ROM
- Boot into recovery
- Do a NANDROID backup
- Flash the rom in recovery:
In AROMA: Choose 'Keep Kernel' (this is your cwm kernel)
In AROMA: uncheck reboot option (do not reboot)
- Back in recovery do wipe Cache and wipe Dalvik Cache
- Reboot and wait for 5mins (just leave the phone in lock screen working)
- Reboot again
- Enjoy
