You have to unlock the bootloader first and flash via twrp or cwm. See this thread for additional info http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2043636. Its official instructions by adamoutler and read the original post plus at the last 10 pages, iff you haave any questions make sure to search the thread twice. Its most likely if this is your first time that someone else has asked it.
