Push the following files using ADB.
adb push HtcContacts.apk /system/sd/app_s
adb push HtcContacts.odex /system/sd/app_s
adb push Phone.apk /system/sd/app_s
adb push Phone.odex /system/sd/app_s
adb shell reboot
