No coverage at home, Sprint doesn't care about customers
My phone works half decently around town and where I work/ go to school. But at home I either have one bar or none...I called in to sprint and they offered me an airave for 249.99 with a one year contract and 149.99 with a two year contract. After telling the first rep to piss off the second rep offered the device flat out for 100 bucks. I said if I have to pay additional costs for a service I already pay for to work properly I want to cancel my plan. The rep transfered me to cancellations and I explained my situation as well as how the coverage map says I have "better" to "best" sprint coverage at my home. They told me that the coverage map is not guaranteed indoors and to cancel service I would pay full etf. Of course sprint, you got me to sign a contract now you want to butt fck me. Any suggestions welcome. I ordered a used airave off eBay for 40 bucks lol.
