Hello friends I found a bug. I am running stock rooted, locked bl from update. Phone was turned on and plugged in at 98% charge. I decided to power down so I could unplug and plug it back on in to top off the battery like we did on the dinc before I go out for the evening. . I chose this phone because of it is a similar compact size and sturdy build as the dinc, and at the time I did my research the motom seemed like a great value with cyanogenmod support as well as cwm/twrp bootloader choices. Now I am faced with a bootloader that cannot be unlocked and I miss out on the innovations that this amazing developer community has blessed us with. Is it Motorola or the NSA? I am not allowed to charge my phone with it powered off. I have never had this happen before.. Anyone else have this problem? I find it strange that if your battery is nearly charged you must turn it on if you want to have it plugged in.
