Just found out your wonderful ROMS! I found the ampe a78 kernel in your download repository, does that mean that any of your roms will work with it?

I downloaded the CM10.1 rom + kernel + fixes and I'm ready to flash it, but the bootloader on the RKandroidtool is on a different version of the original firmware, is that a problem? Should I pick the 1.18 version instead/will I brick my device if I just flash it!?

Thanks in advance :)

Do not downgrade the bootloader. Use the highest possible version.
If you don't like to flash the bootloader leave it as it is (untick option).

I did not intend to downgrade it, just thought It would brick my device if I didn't match it (read it on some forum). From your personal experience, is that the case, or is it safe to upgrade the bootloader? What differences can it make compared to unticking it?

Thanks for the fast response btw :D

In general the latest version of the bootloader shoud be most stable and bug free. Nothing more.

Alright cheers, will be installing it in a minute :)

By the way, do you have any place with info about the changes you make on stock kernels? That is, if you do any at all. This particular tablet (ampe a78/sanei n7) suffers from some serious battery drain issues on the original kernel.

I confirm CM10.1 Beta Build v1.3 on PIPO S3.
Thanks a lot, works out-of-the-box if stock kernel preserved. Gees :)

CM10.1 Beta Build v1.3.1
Better compatibility with gapps.
For upgrade just flash system.img.
Be aware: it is your own risk!
- Oma -

I have v1.3 (old) ROM and G+ and Hangouts complain asking newer Market. The Market declines to upgrade complaining about package signature or alike.
Is the v1.3.1 aimed to fix these troubles? Hope so.

I installed CM 10.1 build 1.3 without any issues, the only thing I had to change is the boot.img that came in the build for that that is in the JB 4.2.2 v3.2 and the kernel tha OMA made for my tablet (AOC MW0731). Thank you! I will test the 1.3.1
CM 10.1 version and report later.
