Hi guys. I have a serious issue. I installed the Omega 12 rom which worked fine for a couple of days. Then, out of the blue it turned off and started bootlooping. I wiped the cache and the davlik cache but there was no change. After the initial Galaxy S4 screen everything was black. I re-installed the rom and it worked fine for some hours. Then, after a reboot I performed there was the same issue, only now I can't boot into recovery at all! I am at a loss. Is there any custom rom (knox-free of course) that I can use with Odin?

Hopefully not a silly question but I can't seem to find an answer via Google search

When flashing an updated ROM, does this update the camera firmware? Or do I need to go back to stock and flash via Odin / Kies to get the firmware to update through there.

I must note that my camera quality is horrible on my S4 - When it catches a good shot it's amazing but in low light and any sort of slight movement I get massive blur.

Bro phone is very very messed up...haha xD when I'm in whatsapp it freezes and I can't type anything..apps as facebook sometimes also freeze...and then force close haha...what the helll haha ...I mean bro this is 'the' s4...it should not lag or freeze or reboot by itself xD

over this last week I seem to have had a very strange issue, my wifi hotspot is always on but appears disabled in the menu and my wifi is working fine. I didn't even know it was possible to wifi hotspot and connect to a separate wifi point. I am on version 9.1
what strange is the wifi hotspot takes the name details of my Bluetooth but if I turn Bluetooth off my hotspot is still active.

when I try connect to the wifi hotspot from another phone it is passworded and the password for my hotspot does not work. so I am baffled as to why it has suddenly appeared

I did that but no good, insted, my wifi was broken. So, no sound and no wifi.:silly:

But then, I flash the wifi fix (modem) and both wifi and sound came back :victory:

I made the first Omega 4.3 with the new final firmware XXUEMJ5,
all working well and wifi but no modem and no IMEI.
I tried for many hours to make this work but with no success

New modem and LTE modem flashes correct but do not fix the problem.
When I restore to v12 I have the new modems.
This will not be easy to solve, more later...

v10.0 XXUBMH1 IS THE BEST

With v10.0 XXUBMH1 since 1 month no reboot and restart - no lag,no freeze and no any problem !!!

Hi All,

Quick question, just bought 64GB SD card and I am running Omega V11.
Does Omega support Ex-fat?
And if yes, is it necessary or usefull to format the sd card to ex-fat instead of FAT32 (speed-wise)?

yes it does support it. Ex-Fat is the same as FAT32 but it allows files larger than 4GB, other than that no difference. id go with ex-fat

Hi
I have been using this rom but seem to be having problems with the new update
such as crashes and flaws with a few applications, i have installed the rom again with a no full wipe, and now having a problems with getting to home screen and the phisical home button its not working.
im not sure if any one else came across this problem
when will the next update be coming

Did u use any debloat script like trulyclean or rom cleaner?

Master indie V12 rocks so longer is the challenge more you learn...
we can patiently wait, your work is amazing and we preferr to wait few days or all time needed for a perfect V13
