The settings app yes, but other apps like contacts and phone are white but ONLY on the S4, not on any of the 4.3 leaks

@nick benedetto I flashed the tmo 4.3 boot.img, no 4.1.x tw boot.img will boot 4.2 or higher

Not sure about that, haven't tried the dialer code
But nope, my phone was not hot at all, it was normal temperature

We can only hope the delay is due to them fixing this. Makes me almost want to use the Rom that cnexus developed. Wonder if it's more stable than the official update?

That is the goal yes. Going to start on that and a stock rooted rom when I get home in ~ 30 mins.19
