Best Dialer and Contacts app

I have a friend who has an older Droid.

I think he is Android 2.2.3

If you were going to suggest a Contacts/Dialer app that is as good or better than the Note3 Contacts app, what would you suggest?

the default one is not bad...
but if you really want to third party Dialer/Contracts app, Callapp very good.

I'm trying to stay away from anything that GO Dev Team is doing... so the answer is no.

That being said, the only third party dialer I've used and still using is Callapp

I would suggest exDialer&Contacts. This is by far the best and the smoothest dialer with contacts for android. It has so many useful features, just check it out in the play store
