can this be flashed if you are already on stock 4.3 ota or did you remove knox from the bootloader?
Im not a pro on how KNOX works, but my guess is if you can get your device to install a custom ROM, this one will work as well. It does not replace your boot loader how ever. I would suggest steering away from any ROM capable of doing that unless it is a well proven method.

The KNOX remover from other threads was nothing more than a script that removed files from the system partition. These files were not included with this ROM.

from what ive been reading as long as knox is still in the bootloader the rom is okay to flash so if your saying the bootloader still has knox this should work

Would I need that here?

OK, I am going to have only to files for download of this ROM available. ODEX and DEODEX.

THe ODEX version will receive updates more regularily since this is my preferred version.

I am going to start an upload for teh ODEX version now with all the fixin's.
This should fix most issues with the ROM.
I had problems with the first upload.

    Now for the instructions...
DO NOT FORMAT THE SYSTEM PARTITION
The installer will check for a previously installed ROM to check if you have an MK3 based ROM. If MK3 is not found it will issue a warning requesting a factory reset if you have problems.
Next it will check your device to make sure you are running a sprint variant of the GS3.
Then it will format your system partition and install the ROM, MODEM, REMOVE PRevious KNOX app installations and data, Fix SuperUser Problems if they exist, update the boot partition.
Finally it deletes the cache and dalvik-cache

Hopefully this will make for a One Click Installation of the MK3 ROM

This took a lot of updater-scripting craziness, but I tested well this time, factory reset the phone a few times to make sure all would work if a factory reset was needed and it looks good.
The first ODEX version had problems with the Seclauncher2.apk This was left deodex along with a few other files that didnt odex correctly. All should be good,

Install instructions will be posted in the OP, the OP will also get updated to reflect the changes.
THanks all for testing this thing out, if this is your only phone this could be your daily driver now. As it is mine, and I use damn near every function but google wallet so this is all that was not tested.

Cm team can't even get the front facing camera right. Units that happens I'll never run it again.

Ok, let's not forget CM does lead the way with many things and is a source for a lot of improvements that do make it to AOSP. The MultiWindow feature was first introduced by the AOKP Team as ribbons, the ability to change your battery icon to display text is an original CM feature. So let's not start a fire and burn these guys. They are doing great work, to put it simply they are a team with limited funding that puts everythig out in the public eye and has asked for nothing in return but an occasional donation if you wish.
Oh Yeah, CM also put's out builds nightly for over 100 devices (nothing short of phenomenal)
These big phone makers put out an update maybe twice a year for only a hand full of there latest devices. And you still get device updates with features that were crippled by a bug or two. Google the main maintainer of android also put's out buggy updates occasionally and only supports a very limited number of devices that are built basically on the same architecture.

So before we bash CM, AOKP, PA or any of the Dev groups remember why they do it, how it get's done (guys staying up late with no or very small monitary motivation) and what you get from it.
Sorry for a long post but truly CM does not deserve any discrediting, especially here on XDA...

    ##################### REBOOT #############################

Now that the topic of the thread has been completely toppled, let's get this SOB back on track...
Does anyone know of a good way to check if the ROM is ODEX or DeODEX using the updater-script commands.

I would like something like this

    Code:
    #If Else Statement to Detect and ODEX ROM or DEODEX ROM is Installed;

    ifelse(
    file_exists("/system/app/SystemUI.odex"),
ui_print("OK I WILL INSTALL THIS ROM"),
    ui_print("Sorry Buddy, Not Gonna Happen")
    )

Google has not been much help with searching for uncommon updater-script support

This sounds like a common problem with MK3, the 64gb sd cards not being seen.
I am betting the S3 just became incompatible with these cards at the hands of Sammy.

Yeah, also kind of my fault, didn't realize that Samsung was being a troll with kernel source and you have to do something different for it to even build with exfat support....will fix soon

Anyone else not get the additional quick settings?

Yeah you need to flash the mod after you've at least booted up once...So flash rom, boot and set up, then boot back into recovery and flash the extra settings mod: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=47982969

Thanks CNexus, I already deodexed though. Busy day today so I'll upload this one later. Thanks for all the work you've put in on this. It's running good.

Cool, just wanted to save you the trouble
