I am not sure which patch or app made it fail, would any kindly fans can give me a hint so that I can update to 4.4.2?

Here are the mod and app I've installed on my 4.4 stock:

0. Franco's Kernel R198
1. rooted
2. TWRP recovery
3. center clock | battery | mod
4. multi-rom
5. xopsed frame
6. custom font via recovery zip
7. gravity box
8. busy box

I have stoped and uninstalled xposed framework also re-flashed the stock font(http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2513985).

Still cannot install the ota...

Actually, pretty much everything made it fail. Your best bet would be to reflash KRT16S (or KOT49H) factory image.
