Hi..All

i have ported latest Xperia Z1 keyboard for all devices running CM11 Kikat and CM10 Jelly Bean roms. i have tested it on my Xperia Arc running unofficial CM11(4.4.2) and but it also work on 4.2 and 4.3 CM Roms.

Please try it and let me know if u have any issues.

Download the attached zip Latest_Xperia_Z1_keyboard_For_KK.zip for CM11 and Latest_Xperia_Z1_keyboard_For_JB.zip for CM10+ roms and flash via CWM.And Enjoy:good:

Installation:
Download the Zip file and flash it via CWM.And Reboot!!:good::laugh:
Note: If flashing Zip doesn't work for u then download and extract zip file move all the files to their respective places inside system folder manually via root explorer and set correct permission(rw-r--r--) And Reboot!!!

Doesn't work

It installed in recovery, but it does not show up in language and input settings
-4.2.2 arc s LeX

Sorry bro but this only works on kitkat(4.4) roms not on 4.2.2.

Update: In the next Update ,i will try to make it compatible with 4.2 and 4.3

Have you tried it on neo v??????.if not give it a try because i believe it should work on neo v.:good:

It's working fine on xperia Arc S and KitKat 4.4.2.

Hi !

Just to tell you its not working on n9005 (Galaxy note 3).
When I reboot after flashing it does not appear in input methods.

please do one thing extract textinput-tng.apk from zip file and try to install it as normal apk then send me the logs of that time so that i can find the exact issue...

Well, I have extracted zip then push all files into good directory. It seems to runs well now.

Seems that updater script does not work from TWRP in my device.

Manual method (place all files in good directory, change permisison to 644, wipe dalvik-cache and cache, reboot) works thought

i don't know if there is any script difference between CWM or TWRP as i normally used CWM. But any how it works for u thats important. Thanks mate:good:

I suggest you to add manual method to OP.

Oh thank you very much. I hope it comes soon, as that's the only mode I use. 12 key with T9, I'm too used to it.

Hi All

Xperia P - Custom Rom . KK CM11 , it does not Work . Also installed the .Apk , Bat when select the xperia to type , it crash's and closed .

Any Idea ?
