Big update version 1.2

Since now it is possible to search for firmware (ftf) for your devices.
I have initialized the database with some entries of my beloved XL.

And because i am lazy as hell the firmware-database is filled by the community.
So be kind and share your links.

FAQ:

How can i check, if a firmware is available for my device?

Press the button "check firmware" in the upper right.

No firmware or no new firmware is found, what can i do?

Press the button "add firmware" in the lower left.

Fill out the empty fields an press "add firmware".
(the button is disabled after adding, so nobody can spam the database)

Now, your downloadlink is available for the whole community.

Nice update!!
But it would have been nice if you have added a functionality to download firmwares directly from Sony..
Or it is not possible?

No, i am sorry, i don't have any idea how to download ftf-files from Sony.
And if you read this post: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2355982, you will see, that Sony itself isn't downloading ftf.
PCC is downloading in another format.

Yeah.. I know that it is downloading in different format.. But, if you could add decrypting functionality and then compiling it into ftf would be great and it would be difficult to integrate such features..

Your tool is nice as it is..
