Recent apps button vs. Menu

Just got S5 active.
Using app My cast lite.
Can't get into menu to turn off notifications without using the menu button.

Since they replaced that with the Recent Apps button, how do I Aves the menu in apps like this?

Hold down the recent apps button.

Long press the recents button it will show any content menus.

There is a way. Download Gravity box (KK) and open it. Then scroll down and click on navigation key actions, then modify the long press and single tap for Recents Key

When we released the rom, the menu button does menu, long press home was recent apps, what happen?
