it's a slight exaggeration , but close to 20 mins for me;
two choices:
1- if you're glued to the phone, check the screen brightness which should change after about 5 mins
2- otherwise, leave the phone alone, and make some coffee, a sandwich etc and come back in 30 mins
Close to 30 mins now, same HTC screen with red text. Now what to do ? I already flashed it twice. Should I try once more? any other thing that i need to be careful ?
Worst case I will go to stock RUU as per your advise, its already downloaded (Big files !!). SO for stock RUU i dont need to flash stock recovery , right ?
Yes I got your point i will never go S-off and remain UNLOCKED whether stock or custom as I am already S-OFF. Right ??
If ARHD create problem try Run RUU 4.3 versionClose to 30 mins now, same HTC screen with red text. Now what to do ? I already flashed it twice. Should I try once more? any other thing that i need to be careful ?
Don't be S On & LockedYes I got your point i will never go S-off and remain UNLOCKED whether stock or custom as I am already S-OFF. Right ??
First off, stay S-Off!! Do not even think about S-On.
Second, if you want to go for 100% stock, check my guide http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2541082
using ruu.zip method with the 1.28.401.7 ruu.zip
Third, if you want ARHD or any other custom ROM, just follow the steps mentioned in the Frequently Asked Question sticky I linked earlier. assuming you checked MD5, used twrp 2.6.3.3, etc, then you didn't wait long enough for the ROM to boot up; as mentioned the first bootup (after a clean install) will take close to 20 mins.
Let me know if you have any questions
hey man what ruu did u flashed, i am in sort of similar sitiutation, stuck on boot loop, i am s-off with mid changed, but no ruu is doing trick for me, please help me.Thanks nkk, i am able to flash the ruu.zip, and now phone is LIVE again. Now i am updating to latest HTC sense and then will move to AHRD after taking proper backup. One confusion is MD5 checksum, what I got was different from what was there on website. I tried with two downloaders and spent extra time. Ultimately took the risk and all went well.
I really appreciate your precise answers. I will update the heading to SOLVED.

Welcome back :laugh: and thanks for updating the thread title, MD5 should always check out, if the primary download link doesn't work, there are many more.
Glad you're OK :good: :good:
do you locked boot loader and than unlock boot loader again ?
Another issue - After RUU flash, first 225 mb OTA went well but afterwards next OTA of 425 mb, is failing while in recovery with red traingle. Error is "assert check failed for facebook.apk etc.." Just thought to backup after all updates before upgrading to ARHD.

Attached image above it before Unlocking, after unlcoking and flashing recovery it just says unlcoked, rest everything remains same. I also tried sideloading with adb, the device is recognized in adb but i can't send big files, my system is frozen after running the command. But when i send a test file, it is sideloaded quickly.
Can anyone suggest, which ROM to sideload which will be compatible with my device ??
Thanks guys for all your time and help. I am able to change my MID using MID change utility quoted by yatinder using adb sideload. Now after that i have CID HTC__001 and MID PN0710000 same as for Europe version. But when i try runing RUU

^^ if this doesn't work in your particular version,
just select reboot to bootloader in TWRP.
