I think you need a reflash, buddy. Make sure not use any sort of backup restore app. Install everything fresh from the play store.

Hello Dynamic fam! Today is my 3rd day running this rom and I still have a gut feeling something is not right. I'm losing 10% of battery every hour. I followed the directions as stated and my results are better than my first install but not any better than the battery I was getting out of stock. Here are my stats...

No idea either but probably Tapatalk. XDA app is better now than it was and I like it better (more stable) than Tapatalk, but it used to be the other way around.
It changes so many things on your phone as I've used it in the past on my note 2. You can also mess with the toggles and the way they look like. Its like one of those xposed modules that enable you modify things on your phone, but it has more options and it's a little bit more stable.

Yeah I think so. Man, I've been whoring around the S4 threads for two days trying to figure things out to flash a ROM on my lady's phone. Her battery is terrible with the stock system. I'm lost there. They have soooo much stuff that I need to go through. lol

Some have reported battery life issues but are you letting things settle in a bit for a day or even two? I'm literally getting 10% drop every few hours. I unplugged at 8AM and still at 87% right now. I haven't used it much but the deep sleep is awesome once things settle. I don't use Greenify but have frozen a few things in TiBUp. (The only feature I use in TiBUp in fact)

I DO run GPE (which should help a bit possibly) but also about 12 XposedMods which may or may not help but I run them anyways and they're mods I've always ran and never had a problem with. Several are tiny and simply hide notification icons such as Input Switcher, Gear manager icon, Blocking mode icon etc. etc.
Just some thoughts. But battery for me hasn't been a real issue personally. If you dirty flashed 4.1, you might try to clean flash it. If you restored data using TiBuP you might try to uninstall and re install the app from Play Store. Mileage will of course, vary but those are a few suggestions you could try but definitely let it settle in for a good 48hours once setup how you like it, you might be surprised after you're done pushing and pulling data around at the battery life once things settle down so I wouldn't jump the gun on a reflash right after you just flashed or restored. Let it sit a bit and see what happens.

Q. What is a clean flash?
A. Clean flash is as follows....
Boot to ss
Hit wipe
Slide to factory reset
Back out
Hit install
Find zip
Slide to install
This deletes everything except data. You will have to set the phone up again. All your pics and sounds and downloads are safe and will be there when you return.
Super clean install is as follows....
Boot to ss
Hit wipe
Hit advanced
Check all boxes except sdcard
Swipe to clean
Back out
Hit install
Find zip
Slide to flash
Reboot.
This will wipe everything on the phone, all pics, sounds, settings, everything will be gone, except the contents of the sdcard.
Q. What is a dirty flash?
A. Dirty flash is as follows...
Boot to ss
Hit install
Find zip file
Slide to flash
Reboot.
This deletes absolutely nothing, no wipe needed.
Q.What happens when I wipe data?
A.While in Safestrap if you select the "Wipe" button, you will then be taken to a screen with three options. Here is an attempt to somewhat clarify those options.
1. Swipe to Factory Reset - This is the most common way of wiping, and what is most commonly used for installing a new ROM. This option is considered a "Clean Flash".
2. Advanced Wipe - This option is used to specify partitions to wipe. It is generally okay to select all options here EXCEPT "Micro SDcard". This can also be used when doing a "Clean Flash".
3. Format Data - DO NOT USE the "Format Data" button. If you select it by accident you are going to be required to type the word "yes" to even proceed further. You have been hereby WARNED. If you refuse to heed this warning there is a good chance you will soft brick your phone.
Q. Can I flash to a slot?
A. Yes, you sure can. Expect bugs or issues, expect the reboot option in the power menu to NOT work.
Q. How do I flash a theme?
A. Flash the rom, then flash either S5 theme or GPE theme. You then can flash a color option for the GPE theme.
Q. How to I go back to stock?
A. Dirty flash the rom. (see above)
Q. Somethings are acting strange, is there a easy fix?
A. Boot to SS (safestrap) hit wipe, now hit advanced and check the cache and delvic cache box's ONLY! slide to wipe, reboot system.
Q. My signal is weak, is it the rom?
A. I highly doubt that, it's related to the modem and some are better than others depending where you are. Check out other Modems here.
Q. Where can I find the add-on'?
A. In the DK store. Hit menu/system settings/device then DK rom control.
Q. My battery life isn't very good, how can I find what's going on?
A. Download "wakelock detector" and "better battery stats". Then if you are still confused, take a screenshot and post it.
Q.What is that Bar on the top of my Status Bar?
A.That is the Miui Battery Bar, this can be altered or turned off in DK Rom Control under Status Bar Mods/Miui Battery Bar.
Q.Why do I have 2 batteries?
A.After first boot, You need to pick one to disable in Rom Control.
Q. How do I make my status bar transparent?
A. Go to the Rom Control and then tap status bar mods. Go down and tap "Status Bar Gradients." Now there should be 2 color options, just tap a color, then tap the box on the bottom right because that is the transparent. Do the same for the second color.
Q. Is off topic discussion allowed here?

Q. Reboot toggle isn't working?
A. It's a WIP, fix is in the works.

It causes me a lot of pain to say what I am about to say. Many of the closer DK members know how hard this decision was for me. The time has come for this project to come to an end. Due to personal reasons, I will be getting rid of my Note 3. I will not commit to anymore updates. There is a possibility that there will be another maintenance release in the future, but I will not promise this. I really appreciate all the support over the last year from everyone. A lot of friends have been made, and that goes beyond this thread. I am certain I will see a lot of you on new devices down the road.
Those of you running 7.1, I apologize for leaving it with loose ends. I encourage you to do one of the following:
Use the tried and true 6.1
or
Support the work of @dwitherell and his Tweaked rom, or @RErick and his Alliance Rom. Both of which are great developers and I can only hope to be capable of their level of work. Please support their work!
Does this mean it's the end of this thread? No. DK is a family, and this thread will be left for communication purposes.
