Partition SD
SD:ext2 to ext3
SD:ext3 to ext4
Move apps+dalv to SD

Done nandroid backup and full Titanium backup.

All is working Ok!

Now I have bought a class 6 sdhc 16 Gb card and wonder;

What is a "not too work intensive" way to upgrade from
the class 2 to the class 6 card, without having to reinstall
apps and settings the "dumb" way!

Thanks

Do a nand+ext backup.

If you have an SD reader on your computer (I only offer this method in cases where this might actually be a faster method of copy with USB 3.0 or something):
Power off the phone.
Place the old card in the reader.
Old Card: Start copying off the data to your computer
Meanwhile, put the new card in your phone and boot to recovery.
New card: format the card fat32+ext
Turn off the phone.
(when the old card is done copying):
Old Card: Throw away
New Card: place in the reader
New Card: copy all the stuff from your computer back to the card
New Card: return to phone
Boot Phone to recovery
Nand Restore

If no card reader:
Mount USB
Copy everything off of the card to your computer
Turn off phone
Swap cards
Boot to recovery
Format fat32+ext
Mount USB
Copy everything to the card from your computer
Nand Restore
