I'm not using this build personally, but I can answer a number of questions here
Glad to see someone else in the Eclair game, the more devs we have working on this, the better.
More on battery:

On OCing:
Overclocking will very likely corrupt your data when the system locks up. Make sure to backup your data before you try it. My Kaiser is one of the lucky ones, I get a few hours of OC before a freeze. I've been testing this privately with other users for months and haven't found any more stable settings than OCing the AHB divider to 2. Use
CaffieneMark for Android to get quantitative data on your OCing. There may be some kernel modifications that will make OCing more stable, but I'm not compiling kernels yet.
On mp3s:
Mediascanner has some problems with special characters, so users with non-english characters may have unexpected results. One user renamed his library and it solved the problem:

On kernels/nbhs:
The latest .nbh's from SourceForge (20 Feb) work great for me. The installer is also much easier to use on all devices with the 20 Feb version. Sourceforge nbhs contain all dzo's fixes right now and more.
To flash an .nbh to Kaiser from sdcard it must be named exactly this (with capitalization):
KAISIMG.nbh. It's the only way I flash these days. This is written in the flash guide available in the sticky in the Kaiser ROM forum.
BT hasn't worked on Kaiser since Cupcake, someone needs to get personal with the hardware to figure it out. Vogue users have all the Eclair updates for audio but Kaisers don't yet. Camera should be fixable too... it just takes a lot of time to do these things.
This should all be in a Wiki somewhere but most users probably wouldn't read it anyway... I'm just repeating things that could be searched for
Cheers fellow Eclair hackers!
