Here is what you need to run and this worked for me so it should work for you as well

fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot reboot-bootloader
sleep 5
fastboot flash sbl1 sbl1.mbn
fastboot reboot-bootloader

fastboot flash dbi sdi.mbn
fastboot reboot-bootloader

Thanks so much for your help. I was about ready to chuck my opo in the bush. I'll give it a try and report back!

Edit: I ran the batch file in that thread and like magic, full signal bar once more! My opo is saved! Thanks a bunch daleski!!

You have general problem, why don't you create thread in troubleshooting section instead of asking here? This thread is related to one specific rom, not to general problems with your phone.

Poweramp playback seems to hang every now and then. Google play music seems fine.
is basically sounds like an electronic-ish hangup of the music. i cant seem to fix it with the settings inside poweramp itself.

I'm on the 15 dec build. (also experienced this on 13 and 14)

That's an issue with Poweramp. It's not supported for lollipop yet. I have the same issue so I'm using rocket player now a days.

So, phone calls don't work. Both stock dialer and hangouts dialer quit on me when I try to make a call.

Is this a known problem?

Yeah, I think it was the number I was trying to call. Just tried again with a different number and it worked. Strange.

Maybe not phone issue and you dialed wrong number
