Guys, just over to this rom last night. Everything went super smooth and the rom is fantastic, just had to reflash understanding how the bloatware removal screen instructions.. But figured it out on the second go.

Wanted to ask if users have tried different kernels and which one was the best performance wise. I chose to install the SpaceX kernel from the aroma options. It's good.. But maybe looking for more? Hehe.

Also, now when the phone reboots, I see a red message on the first screen saying "Kernel is not in reinforcing mode" or similar. I understand that it's because the kernel brings it in permissive state, which is good but on 5.0.1 never saw any message. Any way to remove that message?

system/app/LegacyInCallUI folder copy
restart the phone.

Did this and after restart it stay at Samsung Logo and then Restating again and again

and forced to install Rom again

Sorry but just checked that doesn't work either. Probably the best option is to shut down and manually start into recovery. At least no battery pull

hi Dear.....even i too face the same problem while select recovery from root menu.....
if your device is rooted you can use " simple reboot" available in play store .......this app is developed by Francisco Franco.
its working without any problem.............enjoy until murat25750 develop another great version.

Can you pls clarify this. Do you mean:
1. Go to RulingLite_R7/system/app/ and copy LegacyInCallUI.apk
2. then go to system/app and paste it?

Though I can't find the folder RulingLite_R7/system/app. (Using ES)

Pls, I need help. I just noticed I could no longer backup in TB (says insufficient free space), stored in my external SD (which still has 20Gb free). Appears to be an issue with permissions. How can I fix this?

Already tried a suggestion to Detect and set to Legacy, though Legacy doesn't appear after running Detect, though it sees my backup folder. I also have set in wanam-security hacks 'SDCard RW permission'. Used to work with previous ROM (Wanamlite). TIA.

Solved with SDFix.

Though would like to know how to correct the 'hanging to black screen' issue when rebooting to Recovery. TIA

I've been trying to look for a solution too. Nothing seems to be fixing it for me.. Tried sdfix, through wanam and some app on Xposed. I'm outta luck with making the extsd writeable.

Baseband showing Test1 is normal for 910H users flashing 910C rom. Doesn't effect anything.

Fingerprint issue suggests you haven't updated your bootloader. Flash a stock rom 5.1.1 using Odin, then flash recovery and then this or any other custom rom or find a flashable bootloader only.

Not sure about themes, I don't use it.

Use Odin to flash Bootloader given in the first post. After that fingerscanner should do it's job (worked for me).
