It is a site that buy to you the selected item in Taiwan and send to worldwide. Now i try it now (i order a "Kate" case in Official Taiwan Xiaomi shop) wait at see what will happen (i never use before similar sites)

Anyone else found cases on Aliexpress? There are going to be a lot of people needing cases, surely there is a market for it. I'll send some messages to some vendors who are selling the special edition and see if they can help. If enough people ask they will get them made...

You can also use AIDA64 app and check under "system" it tells you "kate" or "kenzo".

That's very cool. I wonder what they respond. Mabye some even have dates. I'm sure people keep asking about "kate" cases.

There are a few original cases on the Taiwan website (see Page 2). I hope they'll offer originial silicone bumper cases though. And maybe some 3rd party backcover replacements would be nice.

I ordered the original RMN3 flip case before I realised the case wouldn't fit. I got it yesterday and it doesn't fit, but if I bend the plastic clips a bit it kinda fits but not securely. Also, buttons on the side don't line up right.

I thought this was supposed a thread where people post what DOES fit and not what DOESN'T. what's the point? We know the old cases or cases for "kenzo" don't fit.

On eBay I found some sellers selling different screen protectors for "Redmi Note 3" and "Redmi Note 3 Pro". Would the pro be the kate version?

Edit : Nevermind, I'm an idiot, it was for the Redmi 3 Pro, not the Note...

I periodically run a bookmarked search for "redmi note 3 international case cover" and this morning got a few new hits. Unfortunately (I think) all of them involved a customer asking "will this fit the international version" and the answer from the rep saying yes it will. But without an option to select one or the other, I don't believe the answer (probably referring to the global versus Chinese ROM).

My suggestion, if anyone feels inclined to ask the vendor, phrase the question like this:

" Does this case fit the standard 150mm long version of the phone (code named "kenzo") or the 152.2mm special/international version (code-named "kate"). It can only fit one or the other, not both."

How did you figure out how to use that site? I searched for "redmi note 3 case" and found 2 auctions but no idea if those are 150mm or 152.2mm ones.

No i use the retail taiwan site order. (I order directly to Xiomi official taiwan site) But unfortonately today i got a answer this site, that now is not possible to order in taiwan...
