Wink [Guide] Fixing application's settings not retaining.
I've read about a lot of people having settings not retaining and all that funny stuff, even with a reinstall/cache/dalvik cache wipe, it doesn't work. So here's something that work with all applications not retaining their settings!


You must be rooted of course

go Settings > Applications > that application - Force Close and Clear Data/Cache of that application

then...

- Navigate to

/dbdata/databases/com.whatever.app.that.is.not.keeping.settings

And delete the folder! Now re-setup that application, and settings should stay nicely
