I am currently on 4. 4..3 and was wondering how do you upgrade to 4.4.4? Also I need to root it. Please help

All the international 4.4.4 ROM's run just fine on our phone, but seriously lacking on battery life. I was running c rom and it is fantastic, but battery life and the random reboots with art enabled brought me back to a solid tw base. Don't get me wrong, I will definitely go back, but after we get more kernels going.
