- Lots of speed tweaks
- Sony Bravia Engine (thanks to an addon for ARHD - TripNRaVeR for the port and kevin001111 for telling me the user)
- Removed some HTC Bloatware/junk apps
- youtube fixed
- newest market and other standard apps like facebook, twitter etc
- Full init.d support - busybox run parts
- Updated SuperUser to latest apk and binaries
Bugs:
- Music and Gallery take a while to load - just like any other ICS ROM

- I would highly recommend a full/super wipe prior to installing this ROM when coming from a 2.3.5 ROM, however coming from an ICS ROM, just wipe chache and dalvik-cache
