Ive been using several ways and software for my smartphone to watch live TV this are the ones I have been using hope their are helpfully to you.
first mobitv
Never actually purchase this one but I heard its good so If you waht to subscribe this is the site

well for using wap sites I use wap trick. its good for music videos and stuff like that in low quality

Third is Skyfire
I found that skyfire Its one of the best ways to watch live tv in case you dont have skyfire I cant give you the cab file you will have to suscribe in: http://www.skyfire.com/register

the ones that I view the most using skyfire its this one cause it got discovery channel and cartoon network and stars

well all of the cab files already registered and purchase are below on dowload link from megauload (sry xda wont let me upload the zip file)
The bad thing about this is that you mite need to use WI-FI or 3G because EDGE is toooo SLOOOWW for this media Tho I already include the registration for several softwares I encourage you to purchase the software if you like it........
