If u have root, I recommend 4 u PowerAmp Pro, it does what u ask 4, it downloads missing album art

I use "cover art downloader" on play store. It's the best for me

so cover art downloader will search for missing cover arts and downloading them and save them within the music file, so if u move the music file to a pc or another phone , u will find the cover art builted-in
