[Q]can franco kernel work with mahdi latst rom?

im really new at all this stuff, and if that not work, can you recommed on another good kernel that will wotk with mahdi rom?

he write there that "Currently does not work with recent CyanogenMod nightlies or any rom has uses CM sources as a base because they made underlying changes that are now incompatible with Kernels that don't follow their path."
and i've been told that nahdi rom use CM?

Correct, CM based roms need CAF kernels. There are 2 types of kernel for the N5
Stock/AOSP (example, Franco)
CM/CAF (example Chaos)
They are not interchangeable.
Mahdi is an AOSP ROM

Correct, CM based roms need CAF kernels. There are 2 types of kernel for the N5
Stock/AOSP (example, Franco)
CM/CAF (example Chaos)
They are not interchangeable.
Mahdi is an AOSP ROM
