I'm getting great performance and battery life from this rom. Its been running since release (1/18) and I haven't had any major issues. Big props to Team BAKED for their time and efforts to bring us a slick and stable rom! :good:

Re: [ROM] BAKED Grouper Blackbean #7 (1-18-13)

Had my Nexus 7 for a few weeks now (rooted on the day I got it) and I gotta say this is a great ROM. Tried a few but think I might be sticking with this. Is the baked team still updating it or is it a dead ROM? In any case, lovely work.

The rumors of our death have been greatly exaggerated. Lol. We are definitely still updating.

Can someone explain to me what in the hell the Nav bar widget option does? I've enabled multiple widgets, but cannot figure out what or how they are triggered through the Nav bar. Also what does the long press for Nav ring option do? Long press what? I have never been able to use any of these options on any aosp rom because once enabled, nothing different ever happens...

You have to enable either a button click or a shortcut on the screen to toggle the navigation bar widgets. Once you do the widgets will pop in from the bottom. In nova you can add a shortcut for system ui > toggle nav bar widget.

    Hey Termleech

    Some News about the Rom?

Can't wait for Black Backed 4.2 Rom for Nexus 7. :)

Well we have finally gotten 4.2.1 merged in. However to get it working we had to remove a number of things that made baked baked :) So we are in the process of merging back in that functionality. We don't have an ETA yet but I do see a BB7 in the future.
