Just to let you know, the files I used to fix the funny SIMs should be pushed into the regular CM7 soon, so if you are preparing your work for inclusion in CM9 you should consider adding them to your main ROMs already :)

For CM7 you just need to replace the files in the above zip, edit the build prop to remove the two ril related lines and you're done, but you should test if the same works in CM9 too...

Oh and for anyone thinking of trying the above fix on CM9 it probably won't work since it replaces the build.prop file and may delete some settings necessary for CM9...

Can someone tell me if whatsapp or viber works in beta4? I'm thinking to switch to ics for daily usage and getting back to gingerbread downgrading the radio pisses me off :). BTW Lupo and Arjen amazing job kids

IF it works without problems ... espacion already lowered and no problem with gapps

i used whats app today and it worked perfectly, about viber it didnt find any contacts.

i dont know if anyone has this problem, sometimes when i try to listen to some music files my music player blocks and shuts down, the file is working because i used to listen to that song before i dont know if there is some problem with the codecs or smth like that :s

Using the Beta4 and is really smooth!!!! why in my notification bar, the carrier label is "No Service" ?? my carrier is digitel, venezuela, simcard 128k!

In my case I'm using New BB v20g and present the same problem ...

Also when making a call the screen goes black and I can not make anything else, or add calls etc ....

Is it normal that GAPPS disappear after flashing the new versions of ICS?
Do you work Pico TTS and TTS Google (voice search)?

probably PIN code is enabled in your sim... you must disable it to use this rom (it's a known bug)

    ok building with latest cm sources + a fix for facebook sync + a fix for system partition to get more space....if all goes good i will release beta4 :) after that development will be stopped for 1-2 day but only for one reason: i want to make this official as i received an offer to make this official also to become cm-member :) and i need 1-2 days to rebase my work on official cm-sources (also use cm-kernel with genlock,kgsl and KSM(new memory feature of ICS))...i'm using totally cm code so....it is a gift that i want to give you for helpin me a lot with moeny problems guys....hope that i will can do this :)
