How long should this ROM take to load for the first time..I'm stuck at the Android boot for 15 min

If you wiped everything but internal and you are not on 2.6.3.2 twrp the only other thing I can think of is a bad download. I flashed it fine when it first dropped

If you ever have flash probs first thing to try is a more thorough wipe. The standard factory wipes data, but not system. Go into advanced and tick everything except internal

    Smasher X has been a fully stable driver for more than 15 device's, and I hope

    If you brick your device, DONT BLAME ME!

    I have had Error installs on a very few devices, which have all been fixed or the
    installer didn't upgrade there CWM recovery to the latest build.***



    Installation:

    Install Smasher X
    Go to recovery
    (Don't tell me the rom didn't install, if you don't have the latest cwm recovery!)
    Make a backup of your data(highly recommended)
    Install this ROM
    Install gapps
    Reboot
