For Odex/Deodexed Roms
Download the required Lockscreen Light Effect
Copy Lockscreen Light Effect to your sdcard
Go to ClockWorkMod Recovery
Flash the Lockscreen Light Effect
Go back and Click Reboot
ENJOY

untick ripple effect from lock screen settings then you'll see the effect
