Just got my one x today in the mail and flashed this Rom out of the box. Very smooth and enjoy keeping the stock look.

Noticed a small issue in the fastboot batch file, your syntax currently is
fastboot-windows.exe flash boot.img when it should be fastboot-windows.exe flash boot boot.img
I thought the One X was supposed to be the mother of all smartphones but it seems to be just the opposite, in the sense that it's seriously dumbing many users down...
I mean... I don't have the device myself but I'm keeping an eye on the thread, and everyday it grows around 5 pages (50 posts per page), and I can safely say that less than 10% is something worth reading, the rest, are just the same dumb questions being asked over and over again.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all in favor of helping and learning, I also know the device is quite young and the development/tools are in the early stages, but come on people.... RTFM!!
You're not special! 98% of the times, your questions have already been answered! This thread is already growing out of proportion and not in a good way, because if we were to squeeze it there would be very little juice drawn from it.
For someone that buys the device today, after reading the OP obviously, should an additional question arise, it's already becoming difficult to efficiently search and get the right info easily, and off course, yet again, more of the same questions will be posted.
That has got to be driving some of you insane! I know it's getting to me.
So, as I always do, I advise you guys to PLEASE read a little more, and type a little less

So did I understand this clearly, One X doesn't have S-OFF tools just yet, so the flashing process is different than what I got used in Desire HD?

Just installed your Rom last night. It is silky smooth but I have one problem which I can't seem to sort.
When I record a video with the camera, when I try to play it, the gallery/player FCs and the phone reboots.
Any idea on this one?
Thanks in advance.

Hi mike nice work!
I've been using arhd 1.2.3 then yesterday i wanted to try out the 3.0.0
So I wipe everything using superwipe and install a fresh arhd 3.0
flashed the boot.img too. Then i started to flash the mods that i used with 1.2.3 which are:
gpu tweak
4ext tweak
leedroid tweak
tegra battery mod
what i meant was arhd 1.2.3 not the base and those tweaks are supported for 1.28 baseFlashing mods from other bases is not a good idea

I left my phone in charge all night (it was turned ON - in flight mode) and this morning when I woke up I noticed that the red light was still on. To my surprise the moment I unplugged it from the charger I got an advice that the battery was too low and a few moments later it went off. I was already prepared to do another annoying round of changing the recovery etc. etc. but luckily I replugged it and it turned on.
Now the battery shows a good 88%of charge, but the weird thing is that although I left it attached to the charger and the red light is still on, the level is going down!
Any ideas?!?
Q 1: After flashing Android Revolution HD my battery drains much faster. What can I do?
A: Please charge your battery to 100%, boot your device in ClockworkMod Recovery and go to Advanced ---> Wipe Battery Stats. Also see Question 7.
Also please read this ---> [GUIDE] Enlarge your battery life : an attempt to fix the battery drain
And this ---> [How to] Brilliant Battery Life 100% working!
For more details about wiping battery stats please read this
Q 3: When recording HD video, the playback of the clip keeps freezing. How to fix it?
A: This is probably SD card problem. Format your SD card (FAT32 recommended) to gain silky smooth playback.
Q 5: Is there any alternative for SetCPU? I think it slows downy my phone.
A: You can application called No-frills. Remember to check "Allow on boot" option.
Q 7: My CPU load is all the time nearly 100% and in most part it's used by system. What is the reason of that high CPU usage and how can I fix it?
A: Delete your htcsense.com account. It takes A LOT of your battery and CPU usage.
Q 9: I have some strange issues with my ROM that nobody reported before. What should I do in first place?
A: In first place you should check, if the MD5 Checksum is correct. Then flash ROM again and see if the issue is gone. A lot of strange issues can be solved this way.
Q 11: I can't send/receive MMS or I can't connect with mobile data connection. How can I fix it?
A: Please check your MMS settings or mobile data connection APN settings.
Q 13: When I listen to music from HTC stock player it accidentally pauses for short time and then keep playing.
A: Turn OFF fastboot in settings.
Q 15: My clock/weather widget doesn't show my location. How can I fix it?
A: Please clear data from Google Maps, Clock Widget, Weather, HTC weather sync provider and Weather Provider.
Q 17: I have com.htc.bgc process force close few times a day. How can I fix it?
A: It's because you have removed HtcTwitter.apk (HTC Twitter application). Please restore it.
Q 19: When I open up the call screen (where I see the recent calls and callers), the calls won't appear in the list. What to do?
A: Probably you are using 3rd party launcher. Remove the dialer shortcut and re-add it.
You think you're addicted from flashing ROMs, checking forum the whole day and you feel like "Android" should be your second name? Well, here's something for fun
