I have a telus galaxy s4 that had water damage. After being dried out the external speaker doesn't work and the headphone jack rarely works. I tried adapt sound to force the headphone jack off and sound still doesn't work. I replaced both the external speaker and the headphone jack, still nothing. Would I likely need to replace the motherboard now? If so do I need one from another telus S4? Thanks

If you replace your mother board, the data and your contact person list will missing. My suggestion is - Just wait 3 days to see what your phone is going on. If 3 days later, the problems still exists, you can go to replace the mother board. But it will be very expensive !! If i were you, i would just buy a new Galaxy S4
