I don't know if there's a big difference with the odex 4,5 but i made this theme for version "odex v5" which no longer download, as soon as I have time, I install the latest version and I make an update.

edit : i can see in your sig that you use a ROM with Sense 2.1 so you should download the theme for Sense 2.1.(original theme is for sense 3.5)

DE-ODEXED ROMs
- M1ndh4x8r gb2.3.5 Wildfire S ROM
- Wildfire S Cracker GB2.3.5 2.13.401.3 [2-4-2012]
(and works maybe with deodexed gb2.3.5 eu roms, cause it has stock system files.)
Install with rom manager or CWM recovery (install zip from sdcard).
