So what's working, what isn't and any known bugs?

No bug here so far. I am using it everyday.
Main Used apps every day:
*Dolphin Browser
*Doubletwist (in car with bluetooth)
*Tunein radio (you have to close the app manualy to avoid battery drain, but its due to the app not to the ROM)
*Outlook
*Alarm clock (Every morning)
*Hangouts
*Phone !

Since fxp249 i have uninstalled Google+ and facebook to avoid battery drain (should try with last version but i am not found of social network anyway).
Finaly battery drain is similar to stock ROM for me.
Charging time is a little bit longer than with stock. If you are charging the night like me its not an issue at all.

Bluetooth : OK
Wifi (wpa2) : OK
3g H+ : higher speed than stock! (France / Virgin)
GPS : OK

Give it a try ;) switching between apps is really buttersmooth compared to stock.

Thanks to fxp and all the team for their work.

    better check back in

    long time no see guys.
apologies for the lack of response for a couple of months (i've had about 1000 things on my plate - real life sux :p ).
i do actually still exist still and haven't forgotten about you (if you follow me on G+ you probably know what's up)

i've just been really busy with another CyanogenMod bringup on a HTC device and exams (they always happen at the worse times) :)

the cm-12.0 code review has been on review for about a month and a half ready :) so it's pretty much ready to go when i get since time this week (next week) as i've got a bit of holidays time
i'll put up some builds here soon (but good job to the guy doing the LBL builds and thanks for the effort) so then we can get nightlies for cm-12.0 when they start in january :) - it's nearly 35 degrees celcius so the plan is go to the beach during the day and android hacking at night/in the afternoon :)

    HAPPY NEW YEAR !

We are entering in 4-th year of FreeXperiaProject existence and from now build number will be FXP3XX

3 indicates year (we started from 0)
    XX week

    FXP301 released!
    31
    news.

sorry guys got a little bad news :(

I didn't get time to sign off on the cm12 front as my laptop screen has died (it should be back to me from repair in a couple of days)
    so no m12

i'll compile a build of stable/cm-11.0 (aka cm11-m12 - unofficial) when I get this going.

on the cm12 front we are waiting for intervigil/cyanogen to finish up the unbreaking of the caf repos :) as arcee found it easiest to just reset the branches and for the CM devs to port our features forward.

i spent a bit of time on the weekend looking at changes for what we need to do :) - Selinux updates is the main thing and likely fix encryption too. a kernel patch will be needed or netd (iirc) will crash repeatedly and die) and a few other changes.
