[Q]My Grand can't connect to my PC

Hello,
My Grand is not connecting to my PC.
My PC does not recognize it, nothing happens when I plug
my phone in.
I tried using Kies but it didn't work.

Can you please help me?

check your data cable it may not be working correctly use other data cable

Make sure you have the Samsung USB driver for mobile phone installed on your PC.

Install Samsung Driver Correctly and See if still doesn't work use other USB cable and connect..

When I try to install the drivers it says : "acces denied".
I tried using other USB cables but it didn't help.
