Yes it works perfectly on Superrrom v3.1 !!

-Backup first using cwm
-copy all files as genius.lizard2 said and replace all the existing files (i used root explorer)
-reboot

I don't know if this will work on i9100 (non G) perhaps the author could explain it better.. AFAIK it only add keyboard language support instead of changing the old languages..

click on my sign [superRom] and ask from superatmos

1-backup your phone via recovery
2-test this mod first and let me know if working or not
3-if not, upload these files for me to make test Arabic/Farsi support for your stock:
framework.jar, libandroid_runtime.so, libwebcore.so
(these files are in system/framework and system/lib)
and is your Rom Deodexed?
if yes upload AxT9IME.apk
if not upload AxT9IME.apk and AxT9IME.odex
from system/app
and type here what is your stock rom android version and model and...
in phone call menu type this: *#1234# and type here all informations

are you updated your stock rom to android 2.3.6?
you must delete these files befor flashing my mod:
AxT9IME.odex
framework.odex

1-delete them (AxT9IME.odex, framework.odex)
2-go to recovery
3-flash arabic/farsi mod
4-is better to wipe your phone, reboot

test again please
do wipe after flash and see if its working or not

if not worked:
delete your AxT9IME.odex and AxT9IME.apk
and copy my AxT9IME.apk to your system/app with right premisions
and reboot the phone and test keyboard and see if it has arabic or farsi in keyboard setting or not?

i need all of your framework folder can you upload?
Test flashable zip is ready now (but i need your framework folder for sure if test didn't work)

Test this:

5-important to be patient and wait until phone comes up
MAN I found that, You Must Deodex your rom first, i don't think this new mod working for you, but test it
