Many thanks for your hard work Ronin, this is a great rom. I decided to flash it and see how i got on but there are just a couple of bugs I'm hoping your good self or someone could help me with....

After flashing the extras pack, System.ui stopped working so had to revert to your mod rom only
Splanner widget does not work from removed apps zip, TouchWiz stopping intermittently too after flashing.

I have the NFC version if it helps, hope someone can help me!!

Hello Ronin,

just a few thoughts on your rom: fast, smooth, great features, ... BUT I have 2 "bugs":
1) enabling the option, that the display stays on while loading in developer menu is disabled after every reboot
2) the translucent bar at the top is not activated after the boot. I have to pull down the bar and when moving it back, then the bar gets and stays transparent ... strange ...

Any fast and dirty hack for this?

Now I've the CWMTouch 6.0.2.7 on my I8190N...it's able to flash your ROM or I have to change the recovery?


Edit: Solved. I've upgraded to TWRP 2.8 :)

What a Guy.

Everyone should thank ronin790 for all the work in making the Rom including addons after finishing the Rom and answering and solving problems even though he hasnt got this phone anymore.
That my friends is what you call dedication to which i wish other Rom devs should look upto with envy and try to follow.
I havent even got the Rom installed but ive been looking around the S3 Mini forums for the last few weeks and seen his name crop up everywhere.
So i thought id just Thank the man for all the work he has done and time spent helping others and through following the threads ive learned quite a bit too,so once again.

I have a problem on charging... I can't charge with my portal charger and USB wire... only can charge in recovery(twrp..)how can I do ?

crossbreeder is a complicated adblocker and entropy generator. For me i didn't feel an improvement with crossbreeder, but as always.......it depends on device and rom.

My approach on every rom (currently CM11 kitkat 4.4.4 from novafusion) is for adblocking to put a hosts file in /etc/ directory and use a small oneliner script in /etc/init.d/ which does the entropy generation.

If you're interested in hosts file and entropy script, please PM me.

Hi guys,
with this rom (on my girlfriend phone) sometimes the screen becomes striped green and black and I have to reboot, then maybe for 5-6 days do not happen more, and then still again, is this a known bug? Any idea how to fix?

The ROM was flashed 2 times, and the problem come again.

No problem with this rom,my wifes phone running perfect since 6 months ago[emoji5]

Actually this is a very good quality ROM,. Maybe there are bugs, but i haven't noticed them in the way i use the phone. Sooner or later (experimenting with other roms, cm11, cm12.1) i always come back to R-mod.

i used this Rom & used an update that added a few extras but i cant remember where i got it from but heres its name "i8190_MODS__Pack_v1_By_seky0405.zip"

This is the gpu crashing. could be a bad chip underclocking it would help if nova chip settings was not acting so weird.

Is you device going into deep sleep?
Install cpuspy and leave it on standby for a few hours.

Guys first a big thank to Ronin for this great Rom.
The Question that i have is, i have the I8190N model (NFC), if i flash all the kernel and things related with N version , will i have the NFC in the rom? will it works?

    2 - Put the zip file in your internal/ext Sd card
    3 - Reboot in recovery
    4 - Flash the ROM
    5 - Follow the instructions on the AROMA installer
    6 - Wait for the process to finish and reboot
