Did you recalibrate it ?
Alternatively, this could be aging. Consider replacing your battery if it's an early model... I had this phenomenon on my original battery as well.

Guys, the ics running process thing has to do with how the free/used ram is calculated to be displayed in settings->applications->running, it isn't the long press home button thing... So don't ask for screenshots

If you stuck at bootanimation on the first time booting after flashed,don't worry,its normal.
just hit POWER BUTTON + VOL KEY.It force phone reboot and leads to Welcome Screen

Alright,so I've started 2013 to port Defy for CyanMobile.
As you already might noticed, I had ported Nexus One and Nexus S so far.
The reason I haven't touched Defy for it is simply it seemed hard to port because of it's unique bootmenu...
