I found a Asus 7" tablet 32 Gb's for $160 new is that a good price. It's a dual core 1.2 Ghz.Is this the 2012 version. Thanks

No, they're not the same thing. Nexus devices are devices marketed by Google, originally as developer devices, but now just as pure Google Experience devices. They can and have been made by a wide variety of hardware manufacturers, including Asus, Samsung, LG, and HTC.

    I believe that is the 2012 version. Not a bad price for new.

    The 2012 version came with a quadcore nvidia tegra 3 chip so I think the one you're talking about is probably the memo pad.
