I tried to unlock hotspot capability on my S4 Active running kitkat 4.4.2 and well I renamed both tethering provision files so that they end with .bak2 well you can guess what Happened. . One of them got deleted. And no my Galaxy suffers from "unfortunately settings has stoped" when I try to active hotspot. Any ides? Can someone supply me the files. Both of them please . I have whiped my phone twice and nothing has changed.
