It does not even prompt for root permission before exiting the app.
Please fix I want to use this app

Yes I am using Magisk and having the same problem. It will not request superuser. Help please! Is it because Magisk is systemless root its not checking it properly?

    Welcome guys, lately I've been fascinated by the all new Material Design content Google had introduced to us at the 2014 IO.
    So I decided to do something different this time instead of creating a theme, instead I rebuilt, fixed and redesigned No Frills CPU.
    Huge thanks to the developer of No Frills CPU Classic, you can view the applications source code here - Github.
    The application contains under the hood features which aren't yet enabled, stay tuned for the next release. It'll be enabled.
    So give the all new and redesigned CPU Control a try.

    PLEASE NOTE : ROOT IS REQUIRED!!!

    Hey guys.

    I know you guys are eager to get your hands on the latest update but sadly my PC has completely died on me.

    I am not sure when I'll be getting a new PC/laptop but until then I will have to say the project is closed until a get my new computer.

    Changelog so far -

    Fixed 3 dot menu issue.
    Added preferences. (3 dot menu)
    Fixed up the layouts.
    Repositioned custom CheckBox and TextView.
    Coloured spinner, red text and complete white background.
    Fixed landscape issue.
    Disabled translucent navigation bar, status bar is left as is. (Landscape)
    Repositioned floating bubble to 94dp (marginTop).
    Code clean ups.
