Ola disculpen tengo un lg g2 AT&t es el modelo d800 y no me ha llegado la ota para el knock code
Alguien tendrá el archivo? La apk stock? O como le puedo hacer
Tengo el chip de otra compañía
Ya busque en ajustes la actualización y nada saludos

Hi,
We understand here at xda that this is an international community and not everyone speaks English. But we do have a policy of posting in English. Feel free to use something like Google translate to do the translation for you if needed, you may even use you native tongue in your post after the English if you would like.

"Hello, I have an AT&T LG G2 model D800 and have not received the OTA [update] for Knock Code.
Does anyone have the file? Stock APK? Or know how I could get it?
I have a different company's [SIM?] card.
I looked for the update in Settings and found nothing. Thanks!"

Unfortunately, I have no clue how to get it.

Thank you for your understanding,
The fact you are housing another company's sim card may in deed play a role but I can't say for sure,
The best place to find your answer would be in the att lg g2 thread, the q&a section can be found here

If you can't find your answer there just ask there in a new thread just like above and I'm sure a helpful xdaer with your device will be able to guide you
