Fastboot Problem in Win 8.1

anyone have issue with Fastboot in Win 8.1?? i have succesfuly with Flashmode.. but if i want use Fastboot.. always Show "USB Device Not Recognize" anyone know how to fix this issue??

i am having exact problem with flashmode every time i try to enter into flashmode it says device not recognized.. help! also (so i don't have to make different thread.

Problem is due to the drivers. I believe that Sony has not written correct drivers for Win 8.1 machines. I use VirtualBox with Windows XP

To restore my phone with either flashtool or PC Companion.
