Run Kernel Installer First reboot and after kernel installs (you will know because ICS will not boot to ROM)
you might have to hold down on power button until soft lights flash like 12 times, then hold down volume down button and press power button
when phone boots into bootloader volume down button to recovery option then press power button to get to recovery to flash JB ROM

Customized Installer Picks Is permanant, You have to do the wipe in the Installer to re-install anything you picked to remove or not install, so best to know what you do not need , Because JB is write protected after first Rom install, WP Modules by flar2 kicks in after Rom Loads, This limit is JB , A Wipe from installer ,A factory reset In recovery, or a reset from Setting Menu (Under Accessibility Icon) from in the phone is required for the Multilanguage to show during setup or Reinstalling missing apps you may have checked off (re-running setup does not reset ROM install) You will loose your User-Data Files and Google,Email,settings, etc...

Sorry had to Re-uploaded with fixed aroma installer, now when you make changes to options they change, after testing to day when I changed a option, like sound on and removing init.d support it did not change (change way the aroma installed the options, now when you remove a option the files for that option get removed)

Edit: re-uploaded with option to Full Wipe (Highly Recommended)
Fixed init.d Installer so if not selected no init.d support files copied to Phone
Skipping Full Wipe Option is so you can rerun Rom install later to try different options and not loose your current install setup (exp: adding sound or removing sound)

Does this require a special driver to manage the internal storage? This mounts "internal storage" instead of treating it like a removable disk.

im about to flash back, but in case u dnt have lte, check the current apn for its settings, cause last time all i had do to change was the apn from "phone" to "pta", saved it, turned data off and back on again and it worked!

I do not know, you can try, but if it does not boot then you need to flash the boot.img

uploading ver 1.1 with Full wipe option so you can rerun installer to do other options without wipe so your rom changing

example: you want sond on or off, you want to remove init.d support etc....

also and request is welcome, like what you want a option for, like removing unwanted apps at install etc...

also any issues, i will do my best to fix
