Jelly Bean was not optimized to work on 3.5 devices, there are some corrupt layouts, nearly impossible to fix.

• Open the downloaded zip on your pc.
• Copy or move the apps you want to have installed from extra/dir to system/dir
• Save / update the zipfile
• Now copy the zip to your sd card and install
