wait what you're running it now? so i can cancel the upload I've got running

I'd leave the backup, never hurts to have an efs back

it is not useless because i got it by going back to completely stock, reset. i am not on 1o anymore,i am back to the day i bought it. why not make a patch to flash all the new roms?

I've been working on the script to give developers so anyone from any update could, but I'm not having any luck
I'm having to go in and edit each rom on request

I flashed the twrp and cwm versions by renaming to .img and flash via flashify. But when it boots, only see black screen. What do I do?

extract the lok from the zip
    rename the lok to .img
select flash recovery img in flashify navigate to the file you just rename to have .img

You're better off going back an update or two

    As in D80010d?

    ^This.

I'm on stock rooted d80010o and I installed TWRP-2.6.3.3 with FreeGee. TWRP seems to be running fine- (I can boot into it and flash zips) but every post I see from someone on d80010o says that trying to flash a rom gives them a black screen no matter which recovery they're on...
Could I flash the patched AeonFlex from this thread with my current recovery? Or should I switch to the TWRP in OP, flash the patched rom, boot, then flash back to a more compatible recovery? Or is there a better solution I'm missing?
    Thanks for any insight.

Better solution is to go back to an update that developers support
