[Q] GPS not working on CM10.2.0 stable for S4 mini GT-I9195

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini (Intl) - serranoltexx / stable: 10.2.0 and 10.1.3.
the 2 stable version for samsung GT-I9195 both have GPS issue. Google Maps app can't locate my location and notification center shows "Searching for GPS" all the time.
Anybody encounter this issues? Any solutions?

have same issue, tried various modems,firmwares, roms and can't get gps satelite lock, tried without sim card, results are same, sat found 24, locked 0...
