Hey all

Problem: I installed clockworkmod, gapps and 4.2 on my s5770 without rooting the device. I was messing around with play store trying to download apps but it turns out my internal memory is pretty much full so cant download. I've tried changing the download location to the SD card but didn't work. I found a few websites that say its possible to expand internal memory but the device needs to be rooted and here lies the problem. Im not sure how rooting works but I have tried using a 4.2 method but didn't work and I've also tried a 2.3 method but still didn't work.

Ill list the specs for you guys based on the about device section in phone settings. I want to know how to root the device because so far, everything ive tried hasn't worked or if their is a method to expand the internal memory without rooting that might help too.

regards.
